أعلنت حركة حباد أن الحاخام إيلي شلانجر، رحمه الله، مبعوث حباد في أستراليا، قُتل في حادث إطلاق النار الجماعي على شاطئ بوندي. وصرح متحدث باسم حباد إسرائيل أن عدداً من مبعوثي حباد كانوا من بين المصابين، في حين تواصل السلطات التحقيق.
